Amangani To Close For Renovations Through 2026
Amangani, one of our favorite Rocky Mountain retreats located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, has announced it will close for extensive renovations from April 2025 through the summer of 2026. The plan includes reimagining and refurbishing all current guest rooms and suites, and expanding the spa and dining options with a focus on the modern traveler, blending contemporary elements with the property’s timeless charm. Through out the transformation, the design and style will pay homage to the iconic architecture of Ed Tuttle, preserving the essence of its heritage and the relationship to the landscape.
Amangani, like all Aman properties, calls itself a resort and it certainly has all the luxury bells and whistles that you would expect to find. But with only 30 guest rooms, design that carefully blends into the magnificent landscape and an intimate, peaceful atmosphere, it thankfully feels remarkably different from a typical ‘resort’. It is an All Roads North favorite for good reason. Once completed, we expect the reopening of a reimagined Amangani to be one of the highest anticipated hotel and resort openings in the country. We certainly look forward to planning the new Amangani experience for our clients as soon as reservations become available.

Why We Love Amangani
In the foothills of the Tetons, near the year-round mountain resort of Jackson Hole, Amangani looks out across the peaks and plains of the Snake River Valley. Evoking the pioneering spirit of the Old West in its redwood and sandstone architecture, the all-season retreat invites guests to discover outdoor adventure and the extraordinary natural beauty of Wyoming. Amangani, like its sister Aman properties, is a luxury resort, offering every modern amenity you’d expect. Yet, with a limited amount of guest rooms, its thoughtful design and serene, intimate atmosphere set it apart from the conventional resort experience. The property seems to melt into the dramatic landscape, ensuring that the luxury here feels as much about connection to nature as it does about comfort. Inside, soaring ceilings and expansive glass windows ensure you’re constantly immersed in the sweeping mountain views. Natural elements like reclaimed redwood and sandstone are perfectly balanced with sleek, modern design touches.
